At AltuDog we reward you and your dog’s loyalty. The more you buy and the more your friends buy, the more discounts you will receive.
For this, we have set up two programmes: the loyalty programme and the referral programme. With both programmes you will accumulate rewards in your account, which you can redeem as a discount off your next purchase.

Loyalty programme
To take advantage of our loyalty programme, you’ll first need to sign up as a customer.
When you shop in our online shop, you’ll receive a reward of 0.25 euros for every 10 euros of AltuDog products you purchase.
For example, if your order is 53 euros, you will receive 1.25 euros as a reward. These rewards can be redeemed as discount vouchers, which you can use on your next AltuDog purchase.
Rewards are activated and appear as available in your account from the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If you have just placed an order and it has not left our warehouse, the reward for that order won’t be available yet.
From the moment the reward is activated, you have 3 months to redeem it as a discount coupon. If you haven’t used the reward, it will disappear from your account after 3 months.
Once redeemed as a discount coupon, you have two months to apply it to an AltuDog order. Otherwise, the voucher will expire and you will no longer be able to use it.
To use your rewards, your order must be less than €15 (inc. VAT), excluding delivery costs. If your rewards amount to over €5, to use them your order must be at least 3 times the total value of your rewards. For example, if your rewards amount to €10, your order must be at least €30, whereas if you have €15 in rewards, your order must be at least €45, and so on.
The following products are excluded from the loyalty programme: products from the Try It promotion, Wet Food, Natural Supplements and Accessories.
Referral programme
To take advantage of our referral programme, you’ll first need to sign up as a customer.
Each AltuDog customer can refer as many new customers as they wish.
To do this, you must send your referrals a special link provided by AltuDog, and if they register with AltuDog through that link and place an order of at least 30 euros including VAT and excluding delivery (excluding AltuDog sample packs), both the referrer and the referred will receive a reward of 5 euros, in the form of a discount voucher.
This €5 discount may be applied to any product from the AltuDog store, except for products from the Try It promotion.
To use your rewards, your order must be less than €15 (inc. VAT), excluding delivery costs. If your rewards amount to over €5, to use them your order must be at least 3 times the total value of your rewards. For example, if your rewards amount to €10, your order must be at least €30, whereas if you have €15 in rewards, your order must be at least €45, and so on.
The €5 discount voucher is valid for 3 months from the moment it is granted.
How do I check and redeem my rewards?
To check your rewards or to convert the reward into a discount code, you’ll need to log in to your AltuDog user account and then go to:
My Account > My Rewards
In this section, click on the “Turn my rewards into a voucher for €X” button and you will receive your voucher, ready to be used on your next purchase.
If the “Turn my rewards into a voucher for €X” button does not appear, contact us at info@altudog.com, providing the email address for your customer account. It may be that you are using a Guest account, which is why you cannot redeem rewards.
When are my rewards activated?
Rewards are activated the moment your order leaves our warehouse. So, if you have completed an order, but haven’t received the email saying your order is on its way, the reward won’t yet be available in your account. You will have to wait a few hours until the order leaves our warehouse.
Returned products that have generated a reward
If, once your order has been shipped, you decide to return a product, the reward associated with that product will also be deactivated. In the event you have already converted it into a voucher and used that voucher to buy a new product at AltuDog, we will deduct the part of the voucher you have already used when refunding you.
The terms and conditions for the aforementioned programmes may be modified without prior warning.
