5.- Product descriptions.
The products of altudog.com that are offered through the purchase thereof via our website grant the right of return within seven days of receiving the order. We will only accept returns for products in their original condition. The sales prices of altudog.com products are valid indefinitely and may be modified, amended or cancelled without prior notice to users and regular or occasional consumers. The civil liability of altudog.com for the products supplied is limited to the value thereof. The customer cannot make this content available to third parties. The intellectual property rights extend, in addition to the content included on altudog.com, to its graphics, logos, design, images and source code used for its programming.
7.- Use of the service and responsibilities.
altudog.com does not guarantee the constant availability of all products offered on the website, and is exempt from any liability for any damages caused by the availability of the product due to force majeure or errors in data transfer networks beyond its control. altudog.com is not responsible for the content of links to other websites that are not owned by Altudog, and which therefore cannot be controlled by the company. The customer declares that they are aware that the information provided by altudog.com through its services is not of a legal nature and is only offered for information purposes.
